Life Will Answer – The Book: Understanding Imagination

Earlier this year published an eBook entitled Life Will Answer. It’s an exploration of life, religion, and the tenuous connection one has with the other—at least as has been defined to date by the various theologies of past and present-day believers. Continue reading

L W A Quote of Note # 6

An observation worth noting … and pondering, from Cherie Carter-Scott :

The formula to find your path to fulfillment is astonishingly simple:
Follow your preferences, and they will lead you to your path.
Find what brings you joy and satisfaction,
and trust that it will also bring you prosperity.
Find what makes your blood boil,
and trust that it will also fuel your existence.
Discover what makes your heart sing,
and trust that it will create music in your life.
In other words, find what matters to you,
and trust that it is the signpost you have been looking for

While the formula itself may indeed be simple, the effort and commitment to introspection needed from each of us is not always such an easy preface to heading down that path.

However, the signposts Ms. Carter-Scott sets forth are universal “hints” that a pursuit embarked upon is a sure sign we’re making the most of whatever unique and precious gift we’ve each been blessed with. How that gift might be measured against loftier standards of public success is secondary—if that.

Honoring our own truth—the reason we’re alive to make the contributions we’re empowered to make, is the greater measure of success. If it matters to you, its important. There’s a place for that in our world.

Pay attention to those little hints and motivations and stirrings. There’s a link to them all. Make the commitment to learn more. Ask.
